In India, we have been providing design and construction supervision services for various National highways, State Highways/PWD and other road projects for various government institutions and private organizations since 1982.Our design teams are have experience of designing in accordance with various international codes as the design centre in India has delivered projects across the world. **Main Duties**:
**Highway Engineer (with International Experience) - Intermittent Input**
Qualification: Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Preferable:

- Master’s Degree in Highway / Transportation / Construction Management or related field.
Experience: (a) Should have total 10-20 years of experience in Civil Engineering Works. (b) Should have 5-15 years of experience in Construction Supervision of Road Projects (c) Should have experience of pavement design works in at least 3 road projects (d) Should have international experience of construction supervision of 3 nos. of road projects with Asphalt Concrete Pavement as Highway Engineer/ Pavement Engineer outside the native country & (e) Should have experience of Multilateral Bank Funded Road projects

**Contract Management /Procurement Specialist (with international experience) - intermittent input**
Qualification: Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Preferable:

- Master Degree in Engineering/ Construction Management /Project Management/ Law or related field.
Experience: (a) Should have 10-20 years of general Experience in civil Engineering works including Claims / Contract Management (b) Should have experience in Procurement / Claims related works of FIDIC contracts in at least 3 nos. of road project. (c) Should have international experience at least in 2 nos. of Construction Contracts as Procurement / Contract Management Specialist outside the native country (d) Should have experience of Multilateral Bank Funded Road projects (e) Should have training/ certifications.

**Resident Engineer - fulltime input**
Qualification: Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Preferable:

- Master’s Degree in Highway / Transportation / Construction Management or related field.
Experience: (a) Should have total 15-20 years experience in General Civil Engineering Works. (b) Should have experience in Construction Supervision of Bituminous Road Projects using FIDIC conditions of contract as Resident Engineer/Project Manager/Contract Manager in at least 3 road projects. (Involvement less than 1 year in one project shall not consider in Number of Projects (d) Should have international experience of construction supervision of 3 nos. of road projects (e) Should have experience of Multilateral Bank Funded Road projects.
