Roles & Responsibilities:

- Create, monitor, and track DSP Platform campaigns & budget pacing.
- The campaigns majorly are of programmatic display, video, audio, HTML, and native campaigns
- Manage targeting parameters to debugged campaign with affiliated internal & external tools
- Participate in reporting calls & work cross-team with the development team.
- Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, analytics, and performance insights for platform campaigns.
- Establish key metric reports, tracking progress and trends, and effectively communicating campaign results and insights.
- Work with other internal AdOps & Sales teams, both of India & USA.
- Monitor industry updating and platform changes, suggest potentially relevant updates to the dev team to implement.
- This list is not exhaustive and there may be other activities you are entitled to deliver as and when required under the scope of Ad Operations.

Requirement and criteria:

- Bachelor’s Degree in BBA(marketing), B.E. and B.Tech works.
- 1-4 years of experience in digital marketing or Performance Marketing on a different platform helps with the agency or client.
- Masters in Business management or related courses is preferable for freshers.
- Strong analytical & reasoning skills, with substantial knowledge of Advance Excel - Pivot tables and LOOKUPs.
- Ability to be proactive in dynamic and demanding situations without prescriptive direction.
- Detail-oriented, good project management and organizational skills with the ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, collaborator, and the ability to use data to influence decisions.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a problem-solving approach to complex tasks will be preferable
