**About role**

**Responsibilities**:
Ø Follow up with customers interested in purchasing products & services.

Ø Collaborate with members of different teams

Ø Develop engaging sales pitches for different target customers.

Ø Collect customer contact information and follow up with leads.

Ø Maintain the customer database.

Ø Build strong customer relationships.

Ø Create sales, needs analysis and cost-benefit reports.

Ø Monitor competitor sales strategies.

Ø Acting as a point of contact between customers and companies

Ø Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers

Ø Gathering market and customer information to figure out the customer needs

Ø Responding to customer queries and resolving their objections to get them to make a purchase

Ø Advising product developers on improvements to include in forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions

Ø Creating proposal documents as part of the formal bidding procedure

Ø Inspecting inventory in stock and the quality of the product on display

Ø Providing customers with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations.

**Skills & Abilities**:
Ø Proven track record of achieving a conversion rate of 20% or higher

Ø Ability to read reports, assess and understand data, and generate visual reports highlighting profitability, operational utilization, and cost optimization.

Ø Market access - Existing relationships - Will need to solicit new accounts in the industries such as logistics and transportation, distribution, construction and mining, manufacturing, and site services.

Ø Good listening skills and attention to customers.

Ø High level of resilience and the ability to handle rejection well

Ø Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to flourish in a competitive industry.

Ø A great sense of self-motivation, ambition and determination

Ø Ability to achieve desired results both individually and as a part of a team

Ø Excellent presentation and negotiation skills

Ø Good self-management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively

**Qualification: -**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field required but can be waived with prior experience in field
- 1-3 years’ sales experience
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
