Housekeeper/cleaner

**Job Summary**:
The Housekeeping Assistant is responsible for ensuring cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of all areas within a residential or commercial property. Working under the supervision of the housekeeping manager or supervisor, the Housekeeping Assistant performs a variety of cleaning duties to uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors.
- Make beds and change linens as required.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in accordance with established procedures.
- Clean and maintain common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and lounges.
- Replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow established safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Adhere to cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by the supervisor.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
