Our culture is awesome. We love what we do and even it’s a pre-requisite for joining our team. We are full of passionate people - from associates to managers to process heads - that passion is guided. Hard work and incredible challenges aren't a chore, but exciting. Everyone is focused on doing a brilliant job every time.
Extended quiet hours followed by some laughter, chirps, and a large mug of coffee is our daily routine. Cake and sweets are frequent visitors as we take break to celebrate important events both personal and professional. Meetings are rare as most of the issues are solved on spot and those who need guidance are just a word away from expertise advice. Oh, and we have loads of fun along the way.
