We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our culinary team as a Sushi Dimsum Chef at the Commie 1 & DCDP level. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional sushi and dim sum dishes, ensuring high-quality food standards, and delivering an unforgettable dining experience to our guests.
- **Responsibilities**:_

1. Sushi and Dimsum Preparation: Prepare a variety of sushi and dim sum dishes with precision, creativity, and attention to detail, ensuring consistent taste, presentation, and quality.

2. Ingredient Management: Manage and maintain the freshness and quality of ingredients, ensuring proper storage, rotation, and stock levels.

3. Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new sushi and dim sum menu items, incorporating innovative and trending flavors while adhering to the restaurant's concept and standards.

4. Food Safety and Hygiene: Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring cleanliness, proper handling, and storage of food items to prevent contamination and ensure the safety of guests.

5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth workflow, effective communication, and a positive work environment.

6. Quality Control: Monitor and ensure the consistency and quality of sushi and dim sum dishes, conducting regular taste tests and inspections to maintain excellence.

7. Training and Development: Assist in training and mentoring junior members of the sushi and dim sum team, sharing knowledge, techniques, and best practices to enhance their culinary skills.

8. Kitchen Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper equipment care and storage, to ensure efficiency and safety.

**Requirements**:
1. Culinary Expertise: Proven experience as a Sushi Dimsum Chef, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment.

2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in sushi and dim sum preparation techniques, including knife skills, rolling, and shaping.

3. Creativity: Ability to create visually appealing and innovative sushi and dim sum dishes, incorporating unique flavor combinations and presentation styles.

4. Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision, consistency, and attention to detail to deliver high-quality dishes.

5. Food Safety Knowledge: Thorough understanding of food safety and hygiene practices, including HACCP guidelines.

6. Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.

7. Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced kitchen.

8. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per business requirements.
