**LPC BP-Pharma**

**POSITION PURPOSE**:
Business Partnering function to enhance business understanding of local Legal and global policies and guidelines as applicable. To provide legal advisory support to the Pharmaceutical Health business.

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Strategic collaboration with the business and contributing to Pharmaceutical Health (PH) Business in India.
- Partner with Businesses on new commercial initiatives and innovative business models including the vetting and review of various commercial agreements including Co-marketing Agreements, Third Party Manufacturing Agreements, Loan License Agreements, etc.
- Supporting high-level and critical transactions of M&A, Divestment, Joint Venture, new product launches, etc.
- Advising the company regarding concerns on risk assessment and anti-trust regulations.
- Advising on price control, Drugs, and Cosmetic matters, UCPMP, Competition laws, OPPI code, and Clinical Trials, considering the commercial aspect of laws.
- Effectively dealing before regulatory and other government authorities such as DOP, NPPA, etc.
- Implement global policies at the country land level, develop/improve country-specific standards and procedures in alignment with local laws/regulations, and globally set standards.
- Liaising with marketing, sales, supply chain, regulatory, medical, finance, taxation, etc to provide legal solutions tailored made fit the company’commercialal requirements.
- Collaborate with the business on HCP engagement activities such as Speaker programs, Expert Forum meetings, Advisory board meetings, etc., and provide advisory support while ensuring alignment and implementation of applicable local industry codes.
- Creation of awareness on Code Compliance regulations applicable to the Pharma Industry by conductitrainingngs, knowledge-sharing initiatives for identification & mitigation of high-risk situations.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Law Graduate with 7-8 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey legal advice and documentation in a commercially sound and relevant manner
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with cross functions teams.
- Knowledge of domestic and international rules and regulations of the Pharmaceutical industry and regulatory environment
- Ability to manage and prioritize, to work with dynamic timelines.
