- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Take orders and process payments over the phone
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services

**Responsibilities**

- **Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls**: fresher female may be responsible for answering calls from customers and responding to their inquiries, as well as making calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
