**Key Objective of the Job**:
Managing Digital Channels - WEB/APP

**Major Deliverables:
- **

Deliver exceptional end-to-end implementation of Digital Channels WEB/APP- This includes designing the backend Process work flows & logic, handling of UI/UX of WEB/APP, release support and post-release analysis.

Identifying & recommending new use cases for WEB/APP and developing roadmaps along with internal stakeholders to launch new features. Should be comfortable in converting requirements into BRD/PRD and should be familiar with writing test cases.

Collaborate across the Digital & Product teams to gather requirements for enhanced & conversational experiences across Website/Mobile App.

Constant Interaction with Data Science & marketing teams for designing campaigns for increase usage of channels.

Take end-to-end ownership of the product line, identify business & market requirements, define the product vision, create preliminary design concepts, and drive the implementation of the overall product roadmap

Define use-cases for leveraging the platform for new and existing customers; create user journey and flows and closely work with UI/UX designers for wireframes/visual designs

Work closely with multiple stakeholders and teams - Technology partners, in-house Technology, Digital Solutions, Credit, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Business teams, for driving the timely launch of products/features

Constantly benchmark platforms against best in class globally to create frictionless client journeys as digital infrastructure matures.

**Specialized job competencies**:

- Increase usage of Digital Channels by co-ordinating with Service Team/ Branch Banking
- Interaction with Data Science & marketing teams for designing campaigns
- Experience with Digital Channels like Website, Mobile App, Chatbots
- Good understanding of following tools: MS Office/Excel/Tableau
- Work experience in the Fintech industry is preferred
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence, collaborate and communicate with internal / external stakeholders

**Educational Qualification**:Graduate or above

**Desired Experience**:

- 4-5 years of product management in Digital Channels servicing
- Prior experience of developing and managing digital business will be an added advantage
- Prior experience of working on digital products in financial services industry will be a bonus
