- Helping the office run smoothly, provide support to managers, senior level executives and other departments
- Ensure company complies with financial and legal requirements and maintains high standards of corporate governance

- Reporting to the Director and CEO of the company
- Preparing agendas and papers for Board and Annual General Meetings
- Convene and service Annual General Meetings, take minutes, draft resolutions and lodge required forms and annual returns with appropriate departments
- Provide legal, financial and strategic advice when necessary
- Ensure policies, regulatory, or statutory changes that might affect the organization are up to date and approved by the committee
- Maintain statutory books include register of members, directors and secretaries
- Handle correspondence, collate information, write reports and communicate decisions to the relevant department
- Liase with external regulators and advisers such as lawyers and auditors
- Take an active role and provide valuable input to the management decisions related to sharing issues, mergers and takeovers
- Drive PR activities related to aspects of financial management
**Requirements**:
- B.Com graduate with Company Secretary certification
- 4 to 5 year’s experience in proficiency of the secretarial responsibilities
- Good knowledge of Companies Act 2013 & other compliances
- Good verbal and communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at all levels
- Discretion when handling confidential
**Salary Rs. 50,000/- with 4 - 5 years’ experience**
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹53,277.15 per month
