Tele Calling Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote The Webdeb's services, including social media management and Google listing management.
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate services to meet their business goals.
- Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of our digital marketing solutions in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client details, and follow-up schedules using CRM tools.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the sales manager.
- Handle inquiries and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and sales team on customer insights to improve service offerings.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Sales Representative, or similar customer service role (preferably in digital marketing services).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [preferred languages, e.g., English and Hindi].
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections confidently.
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a goal-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
