Front Desk Receptionist (Female Only)

Work Experience
- **06 month to 1 Yr as Front Desk / Receptionist**

**Key Skills: -**

1. Good communication skills in **English (Speaking)**

2. Fair Knowledge of **MS-Excel**

Qualification: - Any Graduate

**Job Profile: -**

1. Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

2. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office

3. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

4. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)

6. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook)

7. Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquettes and maintaining records for them and direct calls to the concerned person / extension.

**Salary**: - **Rs 10,000-14,000/-** per month (Negotiable)
