The Associate lawyer will be performing the following tasks under the supervision of the Senior Associate/ Team Lead:

- Responsible for gathering information for legal cases and assisting senior associates.
- Conducting and facilitating the legal research for the senior associates;
- Preparing and reviewing legal documents;
- Preparing case theories and memorandums;
- Updating and consulting with senior associates;
- Supervising Trainee Associates and Interns and giving them daily assignments;
- Performing due diligence in legal matters concerning contracts and agreements;
- Client management in consultation with senior associates;
- Reporting to Team Lead on progress of matters and general performance of the legal teams on a regular basis;
- Creating and maintaining good rapport with the firm’s clients through effective and consistent communication and proper explanation of legal proceedings to clients;
- Preparing reports that keep all stakeholders up-to-date of the progress of a case;
- Arranging meetings, preparing minutes/reports, organizing departments events and liaison with other departments on administrative matters;
- Other job-related duties as assigned by the management.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
