Analyze user feedback and usability data to improve designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes and mockups to visualize design ideas.
- Design interactive user flows and journey maps to ensure functionality aligns with user goals.
- Develop visually appealing interfaces in line with brand guidelines.
- Ensure consistency in visual elements, typography and color schemes.
- Work closely with product managers, developers and stakeholders to understand requirements and constraints.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure designs are properly implemented.
- Conduct usability tests to validate design choices and identify areas for improvement.
- Iterate designs based on test results and user feedback.
- Create and maintain a design system for reusable components and patterns.
- Ensure scalability and consistency across products.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic understanding of front-end frameworks is a plus.
- Familiarity with design systems and responsive design principles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail with a user-centered mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
