**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage all aspects of on-site work related to projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints and ensure that all work is completed in accordance with the design plans and specifications.
- Plan and schedule project timelines, including coordinating with other contractors and vendors.
- Manage and coordinate the work of the team, including assigning tasks, overseeing work quality, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and protocols.
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the work process.
- Provide regular progress reports to the project manager and ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain accurate records of all work activities and communicate regularly with the project manager and other team members.

**Requirements**:

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
