JOBS - Executive Assistant

Location: KVR International Foundation, Andhra Pradesh, India

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Act as the point of contact between the CEO and other staff members, stakeholders, and donors

Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action items

Assist with the planning and execution of events and fundraisers

Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations

Conduct research and prepare briefs on topics related to the Foundation's mission

Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Provide administrative support to other senior staff members as needed

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive support role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite

Ability to work independently and proactively

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively

Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy

Commitment to the Foundation's mission and values

Application Process:
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
