We are looking for the Footwear Production Supervisor/Manager at CDM, Noida who can handle the production Unit.

**Full Job Description**

The role of the FPM is to coordinate all the production activities, from setting up the plant, procurement of machinery and raw materials, and hiring staff. This would include planning and execution of production, manufacturing, and dispatch of footwear, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and defining production goals. Addressing customer grievances, modifications and customizations of the footwear are also included.
- Machinery, Equipment and Raw Material procurement, assembly and have it functional.
- Techniques for footwear construction, manufacturing, finishing, and packing, including cutting, closing, assembly etc.
- Characteristics, components, advantages/disadvantages of various natural, synthetic, Leather materials
- Footwear Design & Components
- Assessing raw material and finished footwear quality
- Processes ensuring the Safety, Health and Welfare of the staff Skills Expected
- Interpersonal Skills

- 2 - 5 years of experience in small-scale footwear (sandals, sneakers, leather shoes) manufacturing factory in Agra, UP

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
