To manage the Store customer Walkins and support the sales team to convert the walkins to sale.

To increase the customer experience from entry to exit.

Customer receiving and leave them to concern Division

Assisting the sales team in cross selling and upselling by sharing of information with customer and taking them to the concerned category division.

Convert Walk in Enquiries to sales by speaking to the customers and taking them to the Branch Manager or GM sell out.

Additional Responsibility:
To manage the incoming calls from customer and assign to the concerned branch and category heads for converting as sales.

Followup with customer on service calls and update Manager for long pending cases and priority cases.

**Requirements**:
1) Graduate with good communication skills

2) Willing to be patient and polite with Customers and resolve the queries.

3) Immediate joiners required.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

COVID-19 considerations:
Yes all the person stepping into the store including the staff are monitored for the temperature and provided with sanitizer and mask.
