About the Job
Texas Instruments (TI) is looking for an entry level Security Infrastructure (SI) Administrator to join our global team.
SI Administrators are technology experts who have a strong knowledge and understanding of various IT infrastructure components, ability to architect and implement secure solutions to support various business critical needs of an organization.
In this role, you will support various IT critical infrastructure, implement technical solutions and ensure critical infrastructure issues are addressed proactively through operational dashboards with near zero impact to business operations. This role also provides opportunities to gain high visibility across several layers of our organization.
In this role you will:
- Support SI technologies across Secret Server (Password management), DevOps automation, Active Directory and Multi Factor Authentication technologies
- Troubleshoot hardware and software errors, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
- Identify recurring/mundane operational tasks/issues and document/automate and free up critical cycles of support resources
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related degree ( MCA )
- Minimum of 02 years of related work experience
- Excellent Communication (Oral, Written) Skills
Technical Requirements
- Understanding of Windows Client/Server, IIS and Identity management especially AD architecture and workflow.
- Working knowledge of the Windows OS, Basic understanding of Scripting PowerShell, Python, RestAPI, DOS command usage & syntax.
- Understanding of basic networking technologies - Subnet, IP Address, topologies, DNS, WINS
- Excellent debugging, problem-solving skills and root cause analysis
- Exposure & Experience in the below is a big plus:
- Operating System: Windows Servers/Clients
- Application Management: Secret Server/CyberArk/Vault (Privilege Access), IIS
- Scripting/Automation: MS-SQL, PowerShell, understanding of restAPIs
- Good to have for web development/automation/dashboards
- Frontend Web: IIS, Apache Tomcat
- Database: Microsoft SQL, Oracle/PLSQL, MySQL,
