- Coordination with R&D and kilo lab for scale up and validation activities.
- Process fitment, basic modification and RM calculation for scale up upto final stage.
- Witness the demo batch and make evalution of project.
- Responsible for establishing all shift production schedules as per target.
- Ensure safety and proper housekeeping of the plant to maintain auditable 24×7
- Coordination with utility and maintenance dept. For smooth scale up and validation without any breakdown or unavailability of utilities
