Payroll Executive

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Support the HR department in implementing programs such as the preparation of registers, and reports on general HR activity.
- Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues.
- Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
- Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
- Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Manage the organization's employee database like preparation of attendance registers and reports.
- Prepare termination and severance letters.
- Register Employees on EPF and ESI Portal.
- Bachelor's degree in any field/MBA HR/Diploma.
- Excellent command of oral and written communication.
- Good in communication with employees and should have a strong working knowledge of the industry, as part of their role they may have to discuss current issues with clients or senior staff.
- implement and administer employee policies
- Familiarity with MS Office suite.
- Identify ways to improve policies and procedures
- Train and provide support to HR team members.
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
