The BMS Operator is responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining the Building Management System (BMS) that controls the heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), lighting, security, and other automated systems within a building or group of buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the BMS system to ensure all building systems are operating effectively and efficiently.
- Respond to system alarms, troubleshoot issues, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Perform routine system checks, tests, and preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules.
- Adjust system settings and schedules to optimize energy efficiency and occupant comfort.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of system operations, maintenance activities, and issues encountered.
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for system repairs and upgrades.
- Provide training and guidance to other team members on BMS operations and procedures.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of system upgrades or expansions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Generate reports on system performance, energy usage, and other relevant data as required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
