9. Tech savvy to handle gadgets like iphones, macbook, etc
10. Must be street smart to handle Director's personal tasks
11. Should be able to handle residential repairs and maintenance tasks on Director's behalf
13. Must maintain personal hygiene, be well groomed and well dressed at work
14. Good knowledge of time management for Director
