Key Responsibilities:

- Hardware & Software Support:
○ Expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware issues for desktops, laptops,

servers, printers, and other IT peripherals.

○ Proficiency in software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting on Windows and

macOS platforms.
- Network Configuration & Management:
○ In-depth experience in setting up, configuring, and maintaining LAN/WAN infrastructure,

including installation of network devices (routers, switches, access points).

○ Sound knowledge of network security protocols and VPN setup and management.

○ Installation and management of firewalls (Sophos, Fortinet, etc.) and ensuring

compliance with security policies.
- Active Directory & Server Management:
○ Managing, monitoring, and troubleshooting Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, and group

policies.

○ Experience with server installations, configuration, patch management, and routine

maintenance.
- System & Network Administration:
○ Experience in managing VMware/Hyper-V or other virtualization technologies.

○ Knowledge of backup solutions, disaster recovery planning, and system security.
- End-user Support:
○ Providing L2 support for escalated IT issues from L1 technicians and ensuring timely

resolution.

○ Coordinating with vendors and external service providers for hardware repairs and

procurement.
- Firewall and Network Security:
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
