Pgt Chemistry Teacher

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Chemistry lessons that align with the school's curriculum and educational standards.
- Utilize effective instructional strategies and resources to engage students in active learning and facilitate their understanding of complex chemical concepts.
- Conduct laboratory experiments and demonstrations to enhance students' practical understanding of chemical principles and phenomena.
- Assess students' learning progress through regular formative and summative assessments, quizzes, tests, and laboratory reports.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth and achievement in Chemistry.
- Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment conducive to inquiry, critical thinking, and scientific exploration.
- Incorporate technology and multimedia resources to enhance teaching and learning experiences in the Chemistry classroom.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement interdisciplinary projects, initiatives, and educational programs.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to address academic concerns, share progress updates, and promote a collaborative learning community.
- Participate in departmental meetings, professional development activities, and school events as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree or equivalent in Chemistry or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Teaching certification or licensure in Chemistry or Science Education.
- Proven experience teaching Chemistry at the secondary or higher secondary level, preferably in a reputable educational institution.
- Deep understanding of Chemistry concepts, principles, and laboratory techniques.

**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
