2.) Should be able to handle end to end responsibilities of a Medical Officer, from time to time.

3.) Providing consultation/assistance to the patients as per the appointment schedules.

4.) Understanding patient health issues and prescribing necessary medications and treatments if required.

5.) Advising proper investigations (Laboratory, imaging, other techniques).

6.) Answering queries of the patients.

7.) Explaining the treatments and medications provided to them and their benefits.

Offering ayurvedic procedures to the clients.

8.) Maintaining the inventory level and restocking the products as required.

9.) Ensuring the client is fully informed about the treatment and prognosis of the disease.

10.) Enhancing customer satisfaction and customer excellence through services provided.

11.) Assigning and monitoring tasks to the fellow Practitioners and other team members.

12.) Maintaining documentation after completion of treatments.

13.) Conducting regular rounds for the inpatients.

14.) Out patients examinations, as and when required.

15.) Conducting regular meetings with the team/subordinates, in order to evaluate the treatments approaches.

16.) Providing various guidance to the entire medical team and the patients as well.

17.) Interactions with the patients on regular basis.

18.) Coordinating with the HR department for various recruitments/interviews, from time to time.

19.) Balancing the duties of a physician with that of an administrator.

20.) Ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of medical care.

21.) Ensuring that all healthcare regulations and safety standards are met.

22.) Keeping staff updated on new healthcare regulations.

23.) Finding ways to improve clinical services.

24.) Liaising between the administration and medical staff.

25.) Recruiting and mentoring physicians.

26.) Developing and managing a hospital medical budget.

27.) Ensure all company policies and procedures; make sure uniform and personal appearance of your team are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.

28.) Providing discharge medicines/discharge recommendations.

29.) Contact with referral doctor if needed.

30.) Case sheet verification.

31.) After consultation give briefing about the case and discuss with the medical panel members.

32.) Issuing medical certificate, discharge summary, etc.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
