We are looking for dedicated and motivated Delivery Executives to join our team and ensure timely, efficient, and safe deliveries.

**Job Summary**: As a Delivery Executive, you will be responsible for delivering products to customers in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner. You will be the face of the company and play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing efficient and reliable delivery services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver products to customers within a designated area on time and in excellent condition.
- Plan routes effectively to ensure timely deliveries.
- Verify deliveries, including checking for correct items and customer signatures (if applicable).
- Maintain an accurate delivery log and record all delivery details (time, address, etc.).
- Ensure that the vehicle is in good condition, clean, and safe.
- Communicate effectively with the operations team for any issues or delays.
- Assist in loading and unloading items when necessary.
- Follow all traffic rules and company guidelines while driving.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and resolve any customer issues professionally.
- Report any accidents, incidents, or damages to management immediately.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to navigate using GPS or maps and plan efficient routes.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Must be able to handle a physical workload (e.g., lifting and carrying items).
- Familiarity with the local area is a plus.
