Job Title: Real Estate Agent

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on real estate transactions
- Conduct property viewings and showings
- Negotiate prices and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Prepare and present offers and counteroffers to clients
- Coordinate with other professionals such as lawyers, inspectors, and appraisers
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulations, and industry developments
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders
- Market properties through various channels such as online listings, advertisements, and open houses

Required Work Experience:

- Minimum of 1 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field
- freshers also welcome
- Proven track record of successful transactions and satisfied clients
- Familiarity with local market conditions and regulations
- Knowledge of real estate principles, practices, and procedures

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in using real estate software and tools
- Marketing and sales skills

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- basic comp knowledge
- Note driving license & bike mandatory *

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
