Presales Executive

We are looking for a Presales Representative. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential clients.
Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.
**Responsibilities**
- Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
- Contacting potential clients through cold calls.
- Presenting our company to potential clients.
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate services
- Keep constant contact with our existing client base to maintain relationships and develop sales opportunities via calling or other mediums.
- Listen to clients needs and act to them in real-time.
- Develop new clients through market research and referrals.
- Update the CRM with the new prospect information.
- Communicate our Services descriptions, which requires getting accurate information from the customer and interpreting it in a cold call.
- Manage incoming calls from new and existing clients as well as making outgoing “cold” to “hot” calls to develop new business.
- Set up meetings.
- Report to the reporting person on sales results.
- Stay up-to-date with new services and new pricing/payment plan
**Requirements**:
- Detail-oriented, driven and tenacious.
- Caring and able to develop & maintain relationships.
- Result oriented and great at multitasking.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
