**Introduction**

We are looking for a web designer to join our team and help craft intuitive and aesthetically pleasing web experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and create attractive, user-centric website layouts and interfaces that provide an excellent user experience.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our websites are modern.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, within tight deadlines.
- Provide and receive feedback in a constructive manner with team members to continually raise our bar for quality.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio of design projects.
- Proficiency in the Figma web design tool. Proficiency in Sketch and other web design tools is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent understanding of web design principles, UX/UI design, and responsive design.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- UX: 2 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
