**Role Overview**:
As a Video Jockey at our company, you will play a crucial role in curating, presenting, and hosting video content for our diverse audience. You will be responsible for creating an immersive and engaging experience for viewers, effectively communicating our brand's identity, and connecting with our viewers on a personal level.

**Responsibilities**:

- Content Hosting: Host and present a variety of video content, ranging from music videos, interviews, live broadcasts, and entertainment segments.
- Engagement: Interact with the audience through live chats, comments, and social media platforms, creating a vibrant and interactive experience for viewers.
- Scripting and Storytelling: Collaborate with our content creation team to develop engaging scripts and storylines that align with the content's theme and purpose.
- Creativity: Infuse your personal style and creativity into the hosting role while adhering to the brand's guidelines and values.
- Research: Stay updated on current events, music trends, and popular culture to provide relevant and captivating commentary during broadcasts.
- Live Broadcasting: Ensure smooth and engaging live broadcasts, manage technical aspects, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Audience Building: Contribute to the growth of our viewer base by attracting new audiences and retaining existing ones through captivating hosting skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Video Jockey, Host, or Presenter in a digital or broadcast environment.
- Strong on-camera presence, confidence, and charisma.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Up-to-date knowledge of music, entertainment, and pop culture trends.
- Comfortable with live broadcasting and handling technical equipment.
- Ability to adapt to different content styles and formats.
- Creative thinking and a passion for creating engaging content.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with a diverse audience.
- Experience with social media platforms and audience engagement techniques.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a full-time position based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
- Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends, is required due to the nature of live broadcasts.
- A strong portfolio or previous work showcasing your hosting and presentation skills is highly recommended.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
