Job Title: Sales Manager
Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1) Lease Acquisition and Negotiation:
- Identify and pursue potential tenants for available commercial spaces within the property.
- Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and other contractual agreements to achieve optimal terms for the company.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with all lease terms and conditions.
- Sales Strategy and Target Achievement:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new tenants and achieve occupancy targets.
- Work closely with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns to attract prospective tenants.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Tenant Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to encourage lease renewals and expansions.
- Address tenant concerns and inquiries promptly, ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between tenants and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on leasing activities, occupancy rates, and financial performance.
- Analyze leasing data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to optimize leasing performance.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements related to leasing activities.
- Oversee the preparation and execution of lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Budget Management:
- Collaborate with finance teams to develop and manage the leasing budget.
- Monitor and control expenses related to leasing activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales management, specifically in leasing commercial spaces.
- In-depth knowledge of lease agreements, real estate law, and market trends.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
