- Create and maintain accurate patterns for all garments produced by the company.
- Translate design sketches into patterns using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Grade patterns to ensure that they are proportionally sized according to the company's standards.
- Make necessary adjustments to patterns to improve fit and quality.
- Work closely with designers and product development teams to ensure that all patterns meet the company's quality standards.
- Attend fittings with designers, product development teams, and vendors to ensure that all garments fit properly.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- North Twenty Four Parganas, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
