Wholesale Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- **Sales Management**:
- Oversee daily operations of the face-to-face sales department.
- Set and achieve sales targets for women's suits (unstitch and readymade).
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for direct client interactions.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients and boutique owners.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand and address their needs.
- Provide exceptional service and support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all products, including fabrics and suit styles.
- Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and market demands.
- Educate clients about product features, benefits, and selling points during face-to-face interactions.
- **Team Leadership**:
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team in direct selling techniques.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- **Inventory Management**:
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and organized.
- Assist in managing stock turnover and minimizing wastage.
- **Marketing and Promotions**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.
- Utilize visual merchandising to enhance product presentation for wholesale clients.
- Participate in trade shows and other events to drive sales and expand the client base.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of face-to-face sales experience in women's apparel, with a focus on fabrics and suits.
- Strong knowledge of women's fabrics, fashion trends, and market demands.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic wholesale environment.
