The Madlabs

We are a bunch of passionate learners and educators from different educational backgrounds driven with a vision to make school education more joyful, enriching and engaging experience. We are always happy to add individuals passionate about school education in the team.

We envision creating an enriched, joyful and experiential learning environment where a student becomes knowledge (re)creator instead of knowledge consumers. In our experience of the past three years, we have worked with about 25+ schools, 700+ teachers and 7000+ students through our various programs and we have seen extremely positive results.

**The MadLabs is a science themed park. We have designed innovative science activities for audiences of all ages. To guide this audience through interesting activities and manage the themed park, we look for people who are interested in science.**

- **Child like energy and enthusiasm**
- **Enthusiasm to kindle curiosity in kids and adults alike**
- **Fluent English communication, Kannada and Hindi is bonus**
- **Openness to take different roles**
- **Clarity and ease in communication (Confidence)**
- **Ability to speak to and handle people appropriately (children, youth, adults, elders, etc.)**
- **Able to understand solutions of puzzles and present it when needed**
- **Able to learn certain science/mathematics activities and perform it live**
