- **3+ years of experience in End to End IT Recruitment of Full Life-Cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and following up and on-boarding process.**:

- Collecting Job requirements and posting job descriptions on job portals like Naukri,

Monster, LinkedIn, leading to multiple full-time hiring.
- Good understanding of various IT Technologies.
- Ability to search and recruit proactively, with strong organizational skills.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 2003, 2007, 2008 (MSWORD, MS Outlook, MS EXCEL, MS POWERPOINT). Various job portals experience like Naukri and Monster Core Strengths:

- Excellent Communication skills (both written and oral)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent managerial and business planning skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,696.80 - ₹25,401.93 per month

**Experience**:
