**Job Summary**:
The Principal of the Nursing College will be responsible for providing visionary leadership and strategic direction to ensure the college's academic excellence, operational efficiency, and alignment with regulatory standards. The Principal will oversee faculty, staff, and students, fostering an environment conducive to learning, professional development, and innovative nursing education.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership and Management**:

- Provide overall leadership and administrative management for the college.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the institution's goals and objectives.
- Foster a positive and inclusive academic environment that promotes excellence in teaching, research, and service.
- **Academic Oversight**:

- Ensure the development and delivery of high-quality nursing programs and curricula that meet accreditation standards.
- Oversee faculty recruitment, retention, and development to maintain a strong and diverse academic team.
- Promote continuous improvement in teaching methodologies and educational technologies.
- **Student Affairs**:

- Ensure a supportive and enriching environment for student learning and professional growth.
- Address student concerns and grievances promptly and effectively.
- Promote student engagement in academic, extracurricular, and community service activities.
- **Compliance and Accreditation**:

- Ensure the college complies with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and changes in healthcare education policies.
- Lead accreditation processes and prepare necessary documentation and reports.
- **Financial and Operational Management**:

- Oversee the development and management of the college’s budget and financial resources.
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources and facilities to support the college’s mission.
- Implement policies and procedures that enhance operational effectiveness and sustainability.
- **Community and Industry Engagement**:

- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare institutions, industry partners, alumni, and the broader community.
- Promote the college’s programs and achievements to enhance its reputation and attract students and faculty.
- Seek opportunities for partnerships, grants, and funding to support the college’s initiatives.
- **Research and Innovation**:

- Encourage and support faculty and student research initiatives.
- Promote the integration of evidence-based practice and innovative teaching strategies in the curriculum.
- Facilitate collaboration with other institutions and organizations for research and academic advancement.

**Qualifications**:

- A doctoral degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing education and administration.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,565.55 - ₹91,227.39 per month
