Job Description for UI & UX Designer

Position: UI & UX Designer

**Responsibilities**:
Design layout and navigation structures that enhance user experience and usability.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and incorporate feedback into design iterations.

User Experience Design:Conduct user research and analysis to understand user behaviors, needs, and preferences.
Develop user personas, user flows, and customer journey maps to inform design decisions.
Define and optimize user interactions, information architecture, and content hierarchy.

Visual Design:Create visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines and visual identity.
Develop a cohesive visual language including typography, color schemes, and iconography.
Collaborate with graphic designers and front-end developers to ensure design implementation.

Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
Clearly present design concepts and rationale to non-designers, explaining the impact on user experience.
Collaborate effectively with team members, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs.

Industry Awareness:Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in UI and UX design.
Share knowledge and insights with the team, contributing to the continuous improvement of design processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a UI & UX Designer or a similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI design, UX research, and usability testing.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design implementation.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, iterative design environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating delightful user experiences.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
