**Job Advertisement: Tech Pack Creator / Designer for Ladies Clothing**

**Who You Are**:

We are seeking a dynamic Graphic Designer for our Ladies Clothing line who is not only creatively inclined but also has a keen understanding of market trends. If you have a flair for creating stunning prints and are proficient in Tech Pack Creation, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Create tech sheets, utilize CAD software for sketching, and 3D rendering, with a focus on Women clothing areas. Design on CAD, print artworks to allow mills to understand and make strike off for approval.
- Conduct market research, analyze forecasts, and compare trends to stay ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with internal departments for sample development, including sample room, product development, and technical teams.
- Track samples and strike-offs to ensure accuracy and timeliness in sample development.
- Support cross-functional teams (Sales, Design, Merchandising, sourcing, Technical, and Product Development) to meet style, quality, and price development objectives.
- Adhere to calendar deadlines and understand the fabric development process through market research and attending têxtile shows.

**Education/Experiences**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, or related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledgeable in Women Apparel design, knits, woven, and 3D presentations.
- Proficient in Mac-based Adobe, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, and Office 360 programs.
- Experience with PLM Systems and 3D Software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of apparel design and product development.
- Previous experience working with artwork and graphics.

**Skills and Abilities**:
.Should have knowledge about Tech Pack, CAD and Designing.
- Excellent Illustrator skills, along with proficiency in Photoshop.
- Working knowledge of patternmaking and technical design.
- Familiarity with screen printing, novelty techniques, and sublimation.
- Background in Women, Missy, Plus and Petite or Activewear is a plus.
- Knowledge of fabrics and 3D design is advantageous.
- Team player and problem solver.
- Critical thinking and analysis.
- Proactive self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Flexible and adaptable, quick to learn new programs and processes.
- Ability to multitask, reprioritize frequently, and work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Translate market trends into customer-focused designs.

**General Requirements**:

- Should have Knowledge about both CAD and Designing part.
- Having experience of US and European Clients is plus point.
- Should be able to work according to US Time Shift.
- Salary 50,000 - 60,000 per Month.
