**Graphic Designer** to join our dynamic team at Wibits Web Solutions. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs and 2D animation videos that effectively communicate our clients' messages and captivate their target audience.
**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and create engaging designs for various marketing collaterals, including websites, social media posts, infographics, brochures, banners, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative design concepts and strategies that align with our clients' brand identity and business objectives.
- Produce high-quality 2D animation videos, incorporating motion graphics and visual effects, to deliver compelling storytelling experiences.
- Ensure all designs and videos adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and professionalism throughout.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving design techniques, animation skills, and software proficiency.
- Work closely with clients, understanding their requirements, and incorporating feedback to deliver designs that exceed expectations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet project deadlines.
- Coordinate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design elements into websites and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, photographers, and videographers, to create cohesive and impactful visual content.
- Maintain an organized file management system, ensuring easy retrieval and access to design assets and project files.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Experience in creating 2D animation videos using software like Adobe After Effects or similar tools.
- Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet project deadlines.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
