Rethinking The Future (RTF) is the fastest growing platform for Architecture & Design online. Our mission is to empower design professionals to build better buildings, better products, better cities, and a better world.

We’re seeking a Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team to work on a variety of content on architecture which largely contains, 2D animation, video making, graphics, short videos, research, etc. As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will play an important role in our content team — creating daily content for RTF Website and Social Media Channels. You will also support and develop new processes to drive operational excellence within the Editorial Team.

**What you’ll do**:
**Video Production (main role)**: Help us produce course launch explainer videos 2D motion graphics.

**Product Mockup Design**: Create/edit product mockups (preferably 3D) for the new course launches.

**Promotional Content Design**: Work with the marketing team on the promotional web, social media, advertising banners, and other brand marketing material.
Cinematography and editing knowledge/experience is a plus.

**We’d love to hear from you if you have**:
Solid typography and layout skills
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite
Portfolio demonstrating a variety of projects
Comfortable collaborating as well as working independently
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Passion about Architecture & Design a plus
