**A.** **ROLE PURPOSE**

The Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales team's efforts to drive business growth and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. This role involves coordinating various sales-related activities, from arranging samples and tracking inquiries to facilitating new business development meetings and engaging in customer onboarding processes. The Sales Coordinator's efficient coordination and collaboration contribute to seamless sales operations and successful customer relationships.

**B.** **KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**

Collaborates with internal teams to arrange product samples according to customer specifications, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.

Maintains a detailed record of customer inquiries, communication, and interactions, ensuring efficient follow-up and resolution.

Schedules and coordinates meetings for the sales team with potential new customers, facilitating the exploration of business opportunities.

Assists in preparing for and participating in auctions, supporting the sales team in showcasing products and services to potential buyers.

Guides new customers through the onboarding process, including necessary documentation, contracts, and information sharing.

Collaborates with sales and marketing teams to create accurate and appealing quotations and presentations for clients.

Identifies opportunities for cross-selling and collaborate with the sales team to promote additional products and services to existing customers.

Contributes to customer engagement strategies, including follow-up calls, surveys, and relationship-building activities.

Maintains and updates customer information, sales records, and other relevant data within the CRM system or databases.

Prepares/Updates and presents periodic reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and order status.

Ensures all sales-related documentation, contracts, and agreements are properly prepared, organized, and filed for easy retrieval and reference.

Identifies opportunities for improving customer service processes, making recommendations to enhance overall customer experience.

**C.** **QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT**

**Course**

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus

**Experience**

Proven experience in sales coordination or administrative support, preferably in a sales environment of a Manufacturing company.
