We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Hair Stylist Trainer to join our team. As a Senior Hair Stylist Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs for our team of hair stylists to enhance their skills and knowledge in the latest techniques and trends in hair styling.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and hands-on exercises, to educate and train hair stylists on various cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
- Conduct training sessions both in classroom settings and on the salon floor to provide hands-on guidance and feedback to stylists.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, products, and technologies in the hair styling industry to ensure training content remains current and relevant.
- Evaluate the performance of stylists during training sessions and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
- Collaborate with salon management to identify training needs and develop tailored training programs to address those needs.
- Mentor and coach junior trainers and stylists to foster their professional growth and development.
- Organize and coordinate workshops, seminars, and demonstrations featuring guest artists and industry experts to provide additional learning opportunities for stylists.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new stylists by participating in interviews and orientation sessions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during training sessions.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hair styling: 3 years (preferred)
- Hair Coloring: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Relocate before starting work (required)
