**Sales Management**:Achieve sales targets and objectives by implementing effective sales strategies and managing the sales pipeline.**

**Relationship Building**:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.**

**Market Analysis**:Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive products, and customer needs, providing feedback to the management team.**

**Training and Support**:Provide training and support to channel partners on product features, benefits, and sales techniques to enhance their performance.**

**Promotional Activities**:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, materials, and events to support channel sales initiatives.**

**Reporting**:Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to track performance and identify areas for improvement.**

**Collaboration**:Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.**

**Driving license and bike is mandatory for this job**
