**Job Summary**:
As a Finance Executive at [Aarambh Global], you will play a pivotal role in managing financial activities and contributing to the financial health and growth of the organization. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Analysis**:

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Evaluate financial performance and key metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**:

- Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor and analyze budget variances, providing explanations and corrective actions as needed.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- **Cash Flow Management**:

- Monitor cash flow and liquidity, recommending strategies for optimizing working capital.
- Collaborate with Treasury and Accounts teams to ensure efficient cash management.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify and assess financial risks, proposing risk mitigation strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes impacting financial risk.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Collaborate with procurement teams to assess vendor financial stability.
- Negotiate favorable financial terms with vendors and suppliers.
- **Financial Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial operations.
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance.
- Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial management software
