Job description:

- 8+ plus years of professional experience driving process re-engineering, improvement and automation initiatives with demonstrable business results and proven experience in leading teams and organizations.
- Bachelors, master’s or PhD in Computer Science or related quantitative field
- Proven team leadership and management experience, with ability to recruit, engage and develop staff with advanced degrees and diverse backgrounds and in different geographic locations, ability to allocate resources based on priority and skill level, strengths, and area of expertise.
- Excellent written and oral communication and data presentation skills, with ability to tailor the communication style to the right audience.
- Proven experience working across multiple business areas such as operations, finance, sales, product, and strategy.
- Extensive knowledge with cloud technology, e.g SaaS, PaaS and IaaS
- Experience with Cognitive, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Deep understanding of Intelligent Automation domains IT Service Automation, RPA, SPA including industry-leading trends and platforms (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath), OCR Engines such as Google OCR, Tesseract, Nanonets, etc.), Process/Task Mining as well as other Intelligent Automation solutions (Machine Learning, ICR, NLP, other cognitive solutions etc.)
- Extensive Knowledge and implementation experience in Automation Ecosystem
- Extensive Knowledge and implementation of Digital Assistant platforms (Ipsoft, IBM Watson etc.)
- Leading all development aspects of SDLC.
- Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
- Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT & UAT phases.
- Documenting the processes.
- Establishing and enforcing best practices.
- Supporting developers.
- Performing code reviews.
- Conducting UAT sessions.
- Managing changes.
- Handing over the processes.
- Need to have UiPath Foundation and Advanced certification.
- Must have experience in Re-Framework, SAPExcel, Web, Image, OCR, Citrix, PDF based automation
- Interface with stakeholders and get Architecture Signoff
- Troubleshoot and assist project team(s) in resolving critical technical issues.
- Train project team(s) in adopting reusability and best architectural, design and coding practices.
- Coordinate and participate in structured peer reviews and walkthrough.
- Conduct internal platform training programs.
- Establish technical frameworks and reusable assets for adoption across engagements.
- Assess automation opportunity from technical perspective and provide solution.
- Keep abreast with platform roadmap and upcoming product features.
- Support Pre-sale activities and provide technical solutions to stakeholders.
- Evaluate RPA Platforms and provide recommendations.
- Conduct interviews, technology awareness sessions
- Must be able to lead team in an unstructured environment.
- Flexible to travel whenever required.

Skill Sets:

- Hands on experience in Microsoft Project and UiPath.
- Hands on project management experience in IT/Automation/RPA Projects.
- Knowledgeable in RPA augmentation with other Digital technologies to architect transformations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- UiPath Certification (mandatory)
- Sound knowledge of project execution methodologies including Agile
- Experience in front ending client discussions and interfacing with senior management, business, IT and architecture teams
- Knowledge and hands on experience in UiPath with work experience in any of the languages. VBA,.Net, JS, VBS. (Any one of the scripting knowledge areas is mandatory)
- Hands on experience in UiPath Architecture and infrastructure
