Roles & Responsibilities

Marketing Manager should be responsible for generating leads, follow up and sell 12 - 15 MDP's programs identified by the Institute.
Meet the Human Resource / Managers for promoting ALPS as an Outbound training for their employees, also identify the in-house training requirements of Companies and disseminate the information to the Director and MDP Head.
Coordinate with PRC for creating marketing collaterals.
Develop Strategic plans for promoting International MBA programs and oversee the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns.
Coordinate internally for information and creation of publishing, marketing material and externally with press & media.

**Required Skills**:
Strong Communication skills.
Ability to meet corporate clients and closing deals.
Willingness to travel.
Working knowledge of Excel, Canva and Digital Marketing.

**Qualification**:
BBM/BBA (OR) MBA

**Experience**:
4-8 Years experience
