**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Greet visitors, clients, or students warmly and professionally.
3. Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
4. Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
5. Provide information and answer queries about our services, policies, and procedures.
6. Handle cash transactions, manage petty cash, and maintain accurate financial records.
7. Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and welcoming.
8. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve organizational goals.
9. Perform other administrative tasks as required.
**Requirements**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. 1-2 years of experience in a front office or reception role.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
4. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
6. Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
**Desirable Qualifications**:
1. Experience in a similar industry (Hospitality, education, healthcare, etc.).
2. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
3. Certification in administration, customer service, or a related field.
