Job Role
- 1) Payroll Processing:

- Handling end to end payroll process - Collecting attendance record from Biometric and verifying the same with Business HR - Preparing monthly salaries and submission of salary statement - Payroll to be processed on Spine payroll system for processing - Accurate preparation of Full & Final settlement

2) Statuary and Compliances:

- Timely management and submission of end to end statutory compliance including ESIC/ PF/ Bonus/ Gratuity/ All direct taxes (Income tax) and required data - Filing tax returns - Preparations and submission of Challans - Generating Form 16 - Managing the process of TDS end-to-end - Handling annual submissions - Handling and closing internal/external audits - Handle inspection independently with authorities

3) Stakeholder Management
- Must provide and handle income tax queries with solutions to the staff - To prepare the income tax working with new updated norms passed during budgets - To update offer stack-up sheet which are a part of offer making process during recruitment - Must work with HR Head to make a tax friendly structure for staff. - Needs to coordinate with the accounts team for provisions and salary closures - Needs to coordinate with business HR partners for closure of data on payroll and compliances.

4) HRMIS with Dashboards & Reporting Data
- Maintaining database in HRMS & updating it on timely basis - Balances the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies - Preparing reports and analytics - Creation of more efficient processes for payroll management - Has to create monthly dashboards and share analytics with HR Head

5) HR Operations
- Ensuring all the employee lifecycle is managed and closed at HRMS and through manual intervention - Timely follow up with colleagues

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Morning shift

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
