**Responsibilities**:
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's or Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum of 15 years of experience in a recruitment role, with a focus on migrant worker recruitment, unskilled worker hiring, and contract and women worker placement

Excellent understanding of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment

Strong sourcing and screening skills, including the use of Boolean search techniques and applicant tracking systems

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with particular emphasis on Excel and Outlook

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
